congratulate you, on a job well done.

The sale of my parents’ farm/cottage at 1173, County Rd. 7, Prince Edward County was a textbook case of competent marketing from the get go. While traditional real estate agents, with whom I had spoken about the property, could not give me any sense of the price or the probability of sale in less than 3 years, you formulated and executed a marketing plan, with realistic costs, time frames and a projected date for the
outcome i.e. the property sale with no warranties and conditions.
