The package your staff prepared on the web describing the property with surveys, well and septic reports, home inspections, maps, photographs and
floor plans plus additional information was absolutely incredible in
understanding the features of this property.
 
The inspection of the home with Alicia was knowledgeable, candid and
enjoyable while the courtesy you displayed to both parties when making the
offer was incredible.  Alicia’s assistance in obtaining local financing
considerations also proved very helpful.  As the buyer it was comforting to
know that even though you were in a multiple representation situation you
divided your time well and acted in the best interests of all parties.
