Gordon’s began 50 years ago as an auction company led by Fred Gordon, who was focused on cattle, farm and estate auctions across Ontario, under the banner of Gordon’s Auctioneers. Many years later, under the leadership of Barry Gordon, the company shifted its focus to real estate, becoming recognized as Canada’s leading real estate auction company. Gordon’s also offers traditional MLS real estate listing services.

From our beginnings as a successful auction provider, the company now known as Gordon’s Estate Services, has evolved into a full-service Integrated Real Estate and Transition Solutions provider. We specialize in serving the unique real estate needs of people who are going through transitions in their lives, such as downsizing or estate settlement, which involve the quick, efficient sale of real estate, careful handling of assets, and a suite of services to manage the entire transition.
