Barry Gordon, CAI, AARE, CES
Partner, Real Estate Broker
Barry Gordon has been a REALTOR® since 1978 and an auctioneer / appraiser since 1972. He is a past board member of the National Auctioneers Association, the Auctioneers Association of Canada and a Charter director of the Ontario Auctioneers Association. He is a past board member and Chairman of the Auction Marketing Institute, now a part of the National Auctioneers Association, and a past member of the National Association of Realtors Auction Committee. He is widely regarded as one of the most knowledgeable sources of real estate auction information in Canada, having sold more than 1000 properties through the auction method. He has been a guest speaker and seminar presenter in 4 provinces and over 20 states.

Alicia Gordon, CAI, GPPA
Partner, Real Estate Sales Representative
Alicia Gordon has been a REALTOR® since 1991 and an auctioneer / appraiser since 1982. Alicia is a graduate of Mendenhall Auction School, the Graduate Personal Property Appraisal Program and USPAP. Alicia has over 24 years of progressive responsibilities in the field of Auctioneering and Appraisals and over 15 years experience in the Real Estate business. She has given her time and talents to many charities raising 250,000 dollars a year for local hospitals, schools, and many other worthy organizations. She is a member of the Kingston Rotary club, a Paul Harris Fellow, the first Ladies Champion Auctioneer and was a Chamber of Commerce President’s award winner in 2006.

Manson Slik, CAI, AARE, CES, SRES

Manson Slik has been a REALTOR® since 1989 and an auctioneer since 1995. Manson has listed and sold hundreds of properties since inception of his real estate career. Additionally Manson has conducted, managed and participated in the sale of over 800 residential and commercial properties by competitive bid / auction. Manson is a real estate instructor for the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute, a seminar speaker and business consultant. Manson has made presentations in 15 US states and Canada and has consulted with clients as far away as Los Angeles. Manson spent 3 years at Carleton University and 1 semester at Queens University studying urban planning. He is a Past President of the Auctioneers Association of Ontario, Rotary Club of Picton and the Prince Edward County Chamber of Commerce. Manson is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Belleville and was formerly a director of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and Eastern Ontario Chamber of Commerce. Manson is a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow and 2 time Rotary benefactor.

Cathy Gordon, CRTS, CPPA
Estate Services Coordinator
Cathy joined the Gordon’s Estate Services team in September 1992. Since that time Cathy has worked in several areas of the business, now specializing in the Estate Services Division.
In 2006, Cathy graduated from the Canadian Personal Property Appraisers course earning her CPPA designation in February 2007, she completed the designation of Certified Relocation Transition Specialist (CRTS) and is a current member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers. Cathy’s job is to assist Seniors in the many transitions that they face throughout their moves. She is responsible for co-ordinating the packing, sorting, disposing of items, staging, cleaning, preparing your property for sale and setting up your new home.
Over the years she has participated in countless successful fundraising events as a team member of Gordon's, as well as personally. Cathy is currently the Estate Services Co-ordinator. She and husband Bill have two grown daughters, a son, and a granddaughter.

Kim Murray, CPPA
Estate Services Coordinator, Ottawa Region
Kim was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario. She grew up in the Ottawa West/Britannia are and then travelled West in her teens. She has lived in Calgary, Vancouver and Mississauga. She eventually went back to Ottawa and enjoyed a successful career in the antiques business for over twenty three years. She has extensive knowledge of furnishings, china, glass and decorative arts. Kim is a graduate of the Canadian Personal Property Appraisers Group.
Kim loves helping others. She loves organizing fundraisers to raise money for various charities, her favorite being the Ottawa Boys and Girls Clubs.
Kim's job is to assist seniors in the many transitions that they face throughout their moves. She will coordinate packing, sorting, disposing of items, staging, cleaning, preparing your property for sale and setting you up in your new home.

Kate Innes, BA
Marketing Coordinator
Kate hails from Vancouver, B.C. and came to Kingston in September 2006. She joined the Gordon’s Estate Services team a year later, in August 2007. A Political Science graduate from the University of British Columbia, Kate has a background in Marketing and Public Relations with 5 years experience in the field. As the Marketing Coordinator, Kate uses her talents to spread the Gordon’s message far and wide and help the company grow as much as possible.
Kate is a member of the Domino Theatre Company here in Kingston and participates in charitable events as a member of the Gordon’s team.

Kimberly Parr
Auction Service Coordinator
Kimberly is the newest member of the Gordons Estate Services team and began working as the Auction Coordinator in May 2009. She is a graduate of St. Lawrence College where she obtained her diploma in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications. As the Auction Coordinator, Kimberly manages the extra assets that arrive from our total service customers and organizes our regular estate auctions. She is pleased to be a part of the Gordon's Estate Services team.

Open House Representative/Sales Person
Monika has been with Gordon's Estate Services since 2008 and is currently working towards a Law degree at Queen's University. She is also working hard conducting open houses as a Gordon's Estate Services Representative.
