At Gordon's we are committed to exceeding the expectations of our customers.

We survey all of our clients, seeking to consistently improve upon a level of service that is already second to none.

In 2006 we scored an average of 9.4 / 10 on our Customer Satisfaction Survey. in 2007, we scored an average of 9.7.

Our commitment for 2008 is to take that customer feedback and use it to continually achieve higher results. Everyone at Gordon's Estate Services has made it their goal to consistently maintain a customer satisfcation score in excess of 9.5 across all surveys.
