At Gordon's we are committed to exceeding the expectations of our customers.

We survey all of our clients, seeking to consistently improve upon a level of service that is already second to none.

In 2008 we scored an average of 9.6. Please see below for the full results.

Our commitment for 2009 is to take that customer feedback and use it to continually achieve higher results. Everyone at Gordon's Estate Services has made it their goal to consistently maintain a customer satisfaction score in excess of 9.5 across all surveys.
